Get tested for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and HIV Book this test for: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Nights between 5:30pm - 9:15pm Saturdays between 12:00pm - 4:00pm. You will be able to access the combo testing along with Syphilis testing. Syphilis screening is only available during these days and times. Once you have confirmed your appointment, please monitor your email for a package of secure HIPPA(Privacy)Compliant Forms that are required to be completed prior to your appointment time.
